KENAPA SUKA SUSU????

i know, certain people do not like to drink milk! but for me, i love to drink milk damn muchy!!!! yeaaayyyy!!!! i love chocolate milk because i love chocolate! so i love milk + i love chocolate =  double triple likeyyyy!!!!!!! :DDDD
paling suka susu yang terus diminum.....tak yah susah  susah nak bancuh lagi! memang kau pemalas! hahahaha... opppsss...another option..instead of chocolate milk i love low fat milk! tak kisah la as long as it is low fat milk from Dutch Lady ke Marigold ke ape ke aku belasah aje.....janji namanya itu SUSU yaaaa.....another one susu soya pon i like! but susu kambing is hell NO!!!!! yuccckkkk!!!!!! :S






sebab kenapa aku suka minum susu:

1. dalam satu gelas susu mengandungi 13gm carbohydrates...so tak yah susah susah nak makan nasik!

2. susu merupakan sumber yang banyak vitamin! dalam segelas susu da ada semua vitamin yang diperlukan oleh badan kita setiap hari! so tak payah susah susah kau nak beli berbotol botol vitamin! save budget!

3. dalam 1 gelas susu ada lebih kurang 2.5gm lemak yang mana lemak nie sangat diperlukan oleh otak kita! nie lemak baik tau? jangan kau asyik fikir nak buang semua lemak dalam badan kau! fatty acids seperti omega 6 dan omega 3 sangat sangat diperlukan untuk perkembangan otak!

4. dalam 1 gelas susu mengandungi 290 mg calcium, 6.3 mg fluoride, 0.1 mg iron, 8.1 mcg selenium, 26.8 mg magnesium, 1.0 mg zinc, 232 mg phosphorus, 107 mg sodium and 366 mg potassium...semua mineral nie sangat sangat diperlukan oleh badan kita untuk pembentukkan tulang yang kuat,pertumbuhan gigi yang sihat.so nanti bila da tua takde la korang mengalami osteoporosis.....terbongkok mamcam nenek kebayan...tulang sana sini rapuh!nak lagi yang ladies...korang preggy nanti rebut calcium dengan baby dalam perut tau! jangan tunggu da pregnant nanti baru hegeh hegeh nak minum susu....mulakan dari awal! kalaw tanak pakai gigi palsu pada usia yang muda, mulakan minum susu hari ini!

5. dalam 1 gelas susu ada 8.2 gm protein which is protein nie mencantikkan kulit tau! sape nak kulit cantik, banyakkan minum susu!penjagaan dalaman adalah lebih baik dari penjagaan luaran! :)

Calcium and milk:
Calcium is a mineral that the body wants for many functions and milk is the best source of calcium. About 99% percent of the calcium in the human body is stored in the bones and teeth and the rest 1 percent is found in the blood and other tissues. (bagus untuk pembentukan gigi dan tulang yg sihat! da tua tua nanti takde la yang kena osteoporosis!)
Healthy Bones:
Milk is rich in calcium that is very much necessary for growth and proper development of strong bone structure. Daily intake of milk in sufficient amount can prevent osteoporosis and other bone problems. When injured, chances of bone fractures are increased in the children who are deprived of cow milk.
Healthy Teeth:
The amounts of calcium and phosphorous in milk are also required to make our teeth strong and healthy. Regular consumption of foods such as milk and diary products would give excellent dental health, as milk protects the enamel surface against acidic substances. The effect of cariogenic foods on teeth when consumed together with them in the diet is also reduced by the milk.
Cardiovascular disease:
Daily consumption of milk and dairy reduce risk for cardiovascular disease and also reduce high levels of bad cholesterol in the blood as well as increase low levels of good cholesterol. Harmful fats are binded together in the gut by the calcium that stops their absorption which in turn prevents levels in the blood increasing.
Obesity:
Consumption of non-fat milk and other low fat dairy products can really make you lose fat not gain weight. Consumption of milk and dairy foods as part of a calorie controlled diet cases; it is found that calcium can be the cause of certain weight loss. -( minum susu tak gemuk!)
lagi satu for those girls yang ade masalah period pain, amalkan minum susu setiap hari! serious nie babe! so nanti bila korang red flag, korang takkan kena senggugut! aku dulu dulu every months kompem kena senggugut! macam nak guling guling 1 rumah! tapi bila selalu amalkan minum susu, senggugut tiada lagi!!!! eeewwaaahhhh!!!!! nie tak tipu!

lepas tu satu lagi bila selalu minum susu, buat kerja berat pon tak sakit badan! sebab tue aku sekarang gagah! da bole mesin rumput 1 kawasan rumah, da mampu angkut pasir dan batu 7-8 trip sepetang pon no hal! *batu dan pasir untuk project gardening mak haku!*
